New York, NY – June 5, 2026 – NotesMail, provider of CRUCIAL Notes Tools including Domino security software and Domino consulting services, now offers enhanced email mail merge functionality for Notes and Domino. Domino Email Marketing (DEM) allows HCL Notes, Nomad Web and HCAA clients to send email blasts including invoices, billing statements, newsletters, product alerts, corporate news, etc. to your sales leads, customers and employees. Email blasts can be configured to mail merge data into the Subject and Body, and dynamically merge unique file attachments. DEM allows you to send email blasts to selected email contacts maintained in Excel & CSV files, Notes Contacts and Notes apps. For example, it will send one email per contact which is addressed in the "To" field, so if you have 1,000 contacts then 1,000 individual emails will be sent. It supports personalizing the salutation of the email such as "Dear Mr. Smith,". The email blast can be sent immediately or scheduled daily, weekly, monthly with optional load balancing functionality. Contacts stored in non-Domino systems such as Microsoft SQL / Access, Oracle, IBM DB2, etc. can be imported into DEM if initially exported to an Excel or CSV file. In addition to email blasts, DEM supports mail merge printing, barcoding, reporting and charting functionality as it has done since it’s inception.
