The ESM tool is an email signature management and reporting tool which allows an organization to standardize signatures in mailboxes and extend company branding. A Domino administrator (or delegate with edit access) can manage email signatures in selected or all mailboxes in a Domino environment accessed by Notes, iNotes and Verse clients. New features include support for both "new message" and "reply & forward" signatures. Reports and signature updates now run in the Notes client background thread to increase work productivity.
