APPLICATION MANAGEMENT

Checking the application design before release
After you complete the design, test the application and correct problems before you release it.

Check the design of forms, fields, views, outlines, pages, and all other design elements
Check the ACL of the database
Check the database properties, including the launch option
Check the About and Using documents for accuracy and completeness
Verify that agents and actions work as designed
If the application is Web accessible, check that the application runs from a Web browser and all components display as expected
Save the design template
Distribute the application for a final review
Pilot-test the application
Make design changes before release
Request application sign-off
