Add a mail rule that blocks a user from sending to the database.

Syntax

MAILRULEBLOCKSENDER [namelist] [-r]

Note: Arguments are optional.

• -- The number of names following. -- A comma separated list of names to block.
• [-r ] -- Sending a -r will block the users, omitting the setting will add users but does not block them.
