On supported Microsoft™ Windows™ platforms, non-English versions of Notes are available in Multilingual User Interface (MUI) packs, which are installed after the English version Notes install.
On supported Linux™ and Mac OS X platforms, non-English versions of Notes are available for install directly as Native Language install kits (NL kits) which are used instead of the English version Notes install.
Using the Native Language (NL) packs (Mac OS) When you install Notes on the Mac OS platform, language kits are available for your use. These kits are typically referred to as native language (NL) packs.
Installing Notes spelling dictionaries The non-English language dictionaries are supplied in MUI packs and NL install kits. If you are using a MUI pack or NL install kit to install the language dictionaries, no additional action is needed.
