Archive documents for obsolete certificates

Archive documents for certificates that are no longer valid are put in the TLS CREDENTIALS -> Archive view of certstore.nsf.

Archive documents are created when:

  • Certificates automatically expire after 90 days.
  • A key and certificates are revoked.
  • A new key and certificates are created.

The archived certificate documents:
  • Contain the important certificate and key information
  • Are used only during certificate revocation.
  • Are deleted 30 days after the date of expiration.
