Indirect files are supported for the replicate command

The replicate command now accepts an indirect (.ind) file as an argument to replicate multiple databases.

For example, to replicate databases specified in a file called repl.ind to ServerB, enter the following command at the Domino console:

replicate ServerB repl.ind
