Use the notes.ini setting ShowAllActionInActionBar to control how view actions for a single email message are displayed in HCL Notes.

About this task

By default, view actions that are available from a single email message are seen in the action bar and when hovering over a message. Use the following settings to control this behavior:

• ShowAllActionsInActionBar = 1 Show actions in action bar and on hover. (Default)
• ShowAllActionsInActionBar = 2 Show actions only in action bar.
• ShowAllActionsInActionBar=0 Show actions only on hover.
