Domino 12.0.2 provides the following features and enhancements related to configuring users and servers.

Control the default font in the Notes mail text editor

From a Mail Settings policy, click Access and Delegation -> Access to Your Mail & Calendar. In the Mail file delegationsection, select Enable Alternate From Feature. Optionally, to allow internet addresses to be used automatically, selectAutomatically use internet address of Mail-in database as sender.
