Cleanup old calendar entries for all mailbox users
The DCC tool allows you to select a cut off date and a Domino group containing a list of target users. Non-repeating calendar entries prior to the cut off date will be deleted. Repeating calendar entries will be deleted assuming all repeating dates are prior to the cut off date. Calendar entries with replication or save conflicts will be deleted. Both parent and children calendar entries are processed.
Optionally, configure DCC to trim repeating calendar entries... If dates in entries are both before and after cut off date, then dates prior to the cut off date will be removed (trimmed) from the entries.
Optionally, configure DCC to delete calendar notices... Notices prior to cut off date will be deleted which include invites, counters, updates, cancellations and responses (accept, decline, delegate, tentatively accept). FYI: By default, if a mail user deletes a notice from their inbox it is not deleted, but rather removed from the inbox and displays in All Documents.
Increase performance and shrink mailbox size
If you have power users creating many calendar items including attachments and images, then this will increase performance and decrease mailbox size.
Increase mail migration speed and prevent errors
